If you forget to return a book for any reason, health, moving, whatever they threaten you with over a $200 fine and for the cost of the book/court and what-not. Also they don't give you a date for when you need to have it back by, in doing so technically they could slap this on you at any time. Never go here, Platteville Library is a lot better anyways.
It has a great selection of research books, as well as teen pleasure reads.
